This year we have fully embraced our online offering and to make it easier than ever for you to book your tickets, you can use the widget below to book just for yourself or register multiple delegates.
Delegate Tickets
We really want you to attend the whole event, and with everything that is included, why wouldn’t you? The full conference package includes not just the two days of lectures (with tea/coffee/lunch), but also the Icebreaker Reception and the Conference Dinner socials, plus 2 nights bed & breakfast on campus.
If you can only make it for one day, then we also have day delegate tickets available. These only include access to the lecture programme (including tea/coffee/lunch) but not the evening socials or overnight accommodation.
Field Trips
As an add-on to your delegate ticket, you can also include any of the optional field trips (which take place on either the Tuesday prior to the conference, or the Friday after the conference). Attendance on these trips is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a nominal fee for each trip to cover admin costs. Please only book one trip for the Tuesday and one trip for the Friday per delegate. To aid your selection, summary details of the field trips can be found here:
Additional Accommodation
You may wish to book additional night’s accommodation either before or after those included in the conference package, particularly if you are attending a field trip on Friday. We have therefore included an option for an additional night’s accommodation on campus on either Monday 2nd or Thursday 5th.
Accompanying Persons
If you have a spouse/partner that would wish to accompany you, we have an accompanying persons package available. This includes overnight bed and breakfast for the 3rd and 4th of September and allows them to attend the Ice Breaker and Conference Dinner social events. None of the technical conference elements are included.
Booking Process
Using the widget below, select the number of delegates and types of ticket required. Clicking next will take you to the add-ons page, where you can add field trips and additional accommodation. This will then take you to the checkout.
At the checkout, you will be first asked for details of the person placing the order. This is for payment purposes only.
This will then be followed by a form for each delegate being registered. Please complete these for every delegate. Each delegate form will be headed with the type of ticket being booked - if you are booking multiple tickets, please ensure that you match the ticket type to the specific delegate. If add-ons are included for specific delegates, please ensure that this is referenced in the add-ons field for the particular delegate.
Where there are any dietary or access/mobility requirements, please ensure that this is also captured in the form. If you are booking for somebody else, it is important to ask these questions before completing the form rather than leaving blank.
Security
We take your data and security seriously. Please be confident that we are utilising well established and reputable partners for ticketing and payment and that the process is secure and proven. The new system has been put in place to make your life as delegates as easy as possible, so no more manual filling of forms is required to register for your favourite event!
